A centre designed around the patient
Medscan was purpose-built, not retrofitted — from the travertine-and-teak reception to the shielded scanner suites below.
The basement mural — the landscape that greets every patient at the foot of the stairs.
Calm, warm interiors
Travertine, teak and soft brass detailing — a space that feels more like a quiet lounge than a hospital corridor.
Private post-dose bays
PET-CT and nuclear medicine patients rest in individual bays with recliners, personal screens and dimmable lighting.
Purpose-built scanner suites
AERB-compliant shielded rooms, dedicated hot lab, and clear wayfinding from reception to every scanner door.
What a typical appointment looks like
Most visits follow the same simple rhythm — so you always know what comes next.
- Book your slot
Call or WhatsApp us with your doctor's prescription. We confirm your appointment, explain any preparation and quote the price upfront.
- Arrive & register
Check in at the reception with your prescription and any previous reports. Registration takes just a few minutes.
- Prepare in comfort
Depending on your study, you may change into a gown, receive a contrast or tracer dose, or rest in a private bay until your scan time.
- Your scan
A technologist stays with you throughout, explains each step, and keeps you in voice contact during the scan itself.
- Your report
A radiologist or nuclear medicine physician reviews your images, and your report — with digital copies for you and your doctor — is ready within 24 hours.
